Management Agreement Checklist

Whether you’re an artist or a manager it’s vital to be aware of your rights and obligations when you decide to enter a Management Agreement.

Discussing the nature of your artist management relationship is crucial for sustaining it. If you’re thinking about entering a Management Agreement, answering the following questions will help you figure out what needs to be included in the contract.

Fill out the checklist below if you would like us to draft a custom Management Agreement to fit your particular circumstances. If you can’t answer certain questions, you’ll probably need legal advice, so you could either insert ‘I don’t know’ or just get in touch!

A. What is the name, address and ABN of the Manager?
